The Slough House Kitchen restaurant promises to bring to your plate the finest that nature has to offer, with a menu based on fresh, high quality, local ingredients. We source from the very best local food, wine and beer producers and service providers.
We support our small local farmers and producers.
What we bring new to the community of Sloughouse is the integration of local ingredients into delicious Western European recipes. We bake our sourdough bread each morning, make fresh butter, ferment our own house made apple cider vinegar and our salmon is smoked with hay from the nearby field. At the same time, we use what nature gives us each season and the menu will be strongly influenced by seasonal vegetables and fruits.
The Slough House Kitchen is a unique place in which the owners are present every day putting their heart, body, soul, energy and passion into every aspect.
At Slough House Kitchen, our guests find more than food, they discover the taste, the story and live the experience.
The restaurant is located just outside from Rancho Cordova, Rancho Marietta, Sacramento, Folsom and Elk Grove!
